The links that are shown below some of Google's search results,are called sitelinks. These additional links are meant to help users navigate your site faster. Google analyzes the link structure of your site and tries to find shortcuts that will save visitors time and allow them to quickly find the information they're looking for.
In the above example, under the main result (Eworks WSI), 6 sitelinks are displayed, all directing to sections of the main website:
