The number of pages viewed until the final result will decrease!
We expect that during the search process less pages will be visited until the final result selected by the User. Progressively the majority of Searchers/U sers will adapt to the new Google Instant result and obtain the desired end-result much faster . In this respect SEO (search engine optimization) will become even more important and a page one position on Goggle's SRP more competitive.
The importance of AdWords will increase!
We expect that Adwords ads will be clicked more frequently. Google AdWords ads are very prominently placed within Search Result Page (SRP).
Google Instant results increases the number of impressions of the Adwords ads as the result page is refereshed several times until the complete search term is typed in. On each refresh new Adwords ads are displayed. This will lead to an increase in the number of Clicks in your PPC campaigns which is indeed the declared goal of Google.
