WSI Receives 7 Standard of Excellence Recognitions in Various Industry Verticals -

WSI , the world’s leading provider of Internet marketing solutions received 7 Standard of Excellence recognitions at the 2008 WebAwards organized by the Web Marketing Association (WMA). Since 1997, the Annual WMA Awards recognize outstanding achievements in the field of Web design and development. WSI submitted a total of 10 entries this year and was rewarded with 7 Recognitions for achieving a Standard of Excellence in the B2B, Restaurant, Sports, Non-Profit, Education, Professional Services and Financial Services industries. These prestigious honours reaffirm WSI's premier position in the advanced and fast-paced Internet industry.

The WebAwards recognized WSI for its remarkable development and design work over several Web solutions developed for various organizations and institutions. The Standard of Excellence Website recognitions went to the sites developed by WSI Internet Marketing Consultants, Neal Lappe (B2B), Chris Murray (Education), Eric Cook (Financial Services), Chris Conboye (Professional Services), Ron Adelman (Restaurant) and Doug Schust (Sports).

Ron McArthur, president, WSI said, WMA held the Internet's premier award competition, and each submission competes based on seven specific criteria, including design, innovation, content, interactivity, copywriting, ease of use and use of technology. Global leaders such as Disney, UPS Whiteboard, Honda, FedEx and more annually compete to be awarded with a WMA WebAward. This year, we showcased excellence on behalf of our WSI Consultants by submitting 10 outstanding WSI sites for the WMA WebAwards. We are absolutely thrilled and very proud that 7 out of the 10 WSI submissions have been acclaimed for their Standard of Excellence in different industry categories.”
